At a time when people were spending less time watching baseball, because there was less action than other sports we had to change the image. We created a campaign that showed what goes on in a player head to figure out his next move and the action he would take to hit, field or pitch. All tied up with the tagline “What a game”. It showed the game is far from “Slow” and at times a total “contact sport”.
